Preparing for your Consult
At Reflexion Point Psychotherapy Group, we prioritize providing exceptional care to our clients. That's why we offer free 15-20 min video consultations as a standard practice. This allows our therapists to effectively understand the communication style of each individual, both verbal and non-verbal, enabling a deeper understanding of what is truly going on in their lives. It also serves as an opportunity for potential clients to express their reasons for seeking therapy, past therapeutic experience and ask any questions they may have.
Our therapists will also take the time to explain their therapeutic modalities and approaches as well as provide an overview the practice processes and policies of, ensuring that individuals are well-informed about the methods we use to facilitate healing and personal growth.
We encourage potential clients to prepare for their consultation as they would a therapy session, as these short meetings are designed to ensure that they have all the necessary information to make an informed decision about their therapeutic journey.
